Returns & Exchanges

At Style1.pk, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Returns: We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, exchanges can be made within 5 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

• Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items marked as Final Sale or Discounted are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at malikmonirah@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
• Once your return or exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

4. Return Shipping Fees

• Style1.pk will cover return shipping fees only in cases of defective or incorrect items. For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
• If your return is not eligible for a refund, we will notify you with details on the status of your request.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return procedure above and mention your preference for the exchange in your request.

8. Condition of Returned Items

• To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, please ensure that the items are in their original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
